As always....... brilliant!
What enjoyment you bring to the world! The Devil's Trill was the first piece I ever wanted to master. You are in inspiration to keep my nails short forever. I respect Perlmans style and vibrato, but as an emotional player, I am partial to your warmth and moving interpretations. Thank you again for your performance on this CD.
As a teacher, I observe the age of the audiences at concerts and am concerned about the future of the arts as school budgets are cut once again. Your performances and fund raising are an important asset to the future of our generations to come. Thank you once again.

The four seasons
--Oh my gosh, this is my favorite album of all time! Its my favorite work of vivaldis! The notes and pattern structures of the notes are so well thought out and beautifly put together! I never get tired of these pieces! I listen to it everyday on my ipod! You're the best Joshua!
-Music is all around us! Just listen!
Fantastic!!!!
Excellent !!!
There are no words to describe this performance!!!!
the best violinist is Joshua Bell
I will always believe in you, thank you for showing us the way you play, you are the best.
Five Stars is Not Enough
Joshua Bell--
For Hanukkah this year, my parents got me this CD and I am so happy about it. This CD adds to my collection of over half a dozen of your CDs. I listen to it over and over and over and it amazes me time after time. Four Seasons is a great piece--we played an arrangement of it in orchestra. But no recording I have ever heard of it lives up to the level you have set. As a violinist, you have raised the bar for quality in the classical music world. A Jewish violinist myself just like you, I am very inspired by your incredible sound that soars through the air.
Your spring is beautiful. I feel like I am running through a field with birds chirping and flowers blooming. No--flying through a field. As you play summer, I feel fatigued as if I had been running for too long in the hot sun. The third movement of it [summer] is just unbelievable. Then fall comes and I am jumping again with the music. Leaves are falling on me and a breeze is singing. Winter brings me memories. One of my friends performed the solo part of Winter II and he had a gorgeous vibrato. But then I heard your recording of it and I cried. The tone was simply uncomparable. The Devil's Trill is an awesome piece. I read in the CD booklet inside that you were first introduced to it at the age of 13. When reading that, my mouth dropped. You were performing that at my age! I am simply in awe of you. You inspire me beyond words can say. Thank you for being Joshua Bell.

The four seasons...
Must confess, I was a little hesitant about purchasing this CD, because I already own a fantastic performance of the Four Seasons by Itzhak Perlman. But now I know that any music lover must have both recordings.
I love the way Joshua Bell resolves the cadenzas... Incredible recording!!! A must in a violinist CD collection.
Vivaldi: The Four Seasons
Joshua, this performance is inspired, and I hope the CD is a blockbuster for you. The Vivaldi has long been a favorite of mine, but your performance is over the top in terms of execution and emotion. I love it! And the Tartini is a very interesting piece to couple with the Vivaldi. All the trills are incredible. Each time I listen to the CD, I like the Tartini better. What incredible dexterity you have! If I could give this recording six stars, I would. Best wishes for your success and the success of the CD.
