Joshua will perform Glazunov’s Violin Concerto in A Minor, Op 82 and Tchaikovsky’s Mediation Op. 42 No. 1 for solo violin and strings when he performs with the Austin Symphony Sept. 9 and 10, and with the Montreal Symphony September 13 and 14.

Last December, Joshua was the featured guest soloist at the 2010 Nobel Prize Concert in Stockholm with Sakari Oramo conducting the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. The program included: Beethoven: Leonore Ouverture, Tchaikovsky: Violin Concerto in D major and Sibelius: Symphony No. 5.
