On February 18, 2010, the World Economic Forum and the Forum of Young Global Leaders present an event at Carnegie Hall highlighting the transformational power of arts in society and the critical role of cultural institutions and arts education, particularly during times of economic challenge. Featured performers are violinists Joshua Bell and Julian Rachlin; conductors Valery Gergiev and Carlos Miguel Prieto; the Youth Orchestra of the Americas; and musicians from Venezuela's El Sistema and from the Manhattan School of Music.
